Gooseberry: The Gooseberry Tastes Like Gooseberries!

We all know and love the original Willie Wonka. One of my favorite scenes is when old Willie encourages the kids to lick wall paper. Every fruit tastes as it should. The oranges taste like oranges, the strawberries tastes like strawberries, even the snozzberries taste like snozzberries. That being said, the gooseberry jam tastes like gooseberries! Can I describe the flavor? Honestly, not really. The jam is absolutely delicious, but boy can I not describe the delicious flavor. My best advice is to get yourself a jar and try it for yourself!
