Orange Fig Jam: It's So Good

So obviously this is a fairly unique combination of flavors; I'll admit, orange and fig is not on the top of mind for awesome fruit combinations, but this is a delicious jam. It is definitely in the fancier jam category. Is this good on a pb&j? Sure. How about just on some toast? Yeah, of course. But do you know what this is really good on? It's the fancy stuff.  Brie and fancy crackers. Grilled gouda sandwich with this on top. Stuffed into some scones. I'd even throw some into a balsamic glaze and put it over some pork chops. Honestly, get creative. This jam can handle the unique ideas!
