Pluot Jam: A Hybrid Necessity

Pluot, pronounced plue-ott, is a hybrid fruit. It is made by crossing plums and apricots. Somehow though pluots taste even better than both plums and apricots. They are an excellent stone fruit, and they make an excellent jam!
